Dad Teaching Junior the Ropes

Dad teaching Junior the ropes.

One of my favorite times to watch and photograph the Eastern Bluebirds in my yard is when they juveniles start to make their first visits to the studio. They want to be fed and flying to meet Dad at the feeders mean he hopefully comes to them first. This morning they have progressed to visiting the feeders themselves and getting mealworms. During the early mornings I am seeing all kinds of Warblers and Vireos flying down to check out the action as well. My Bird Studio is such a great place to sit and watch, and of course photograph!
