“Who are all you kids”?

“Who are all you kids?”

One of the really interesting behaviors observed at Berry College, while photographing fawns, was the “communal” feeding. One fawn would begin to feed on a doe, presumably their mother, then others would join in and feed. Then they would all stop and go play. I hate to say this but it was like when we were kids and one of my friends moms would say, “everyone come have a sandwich before you go back out and play”, but in deer speak. We would see them go from doe to doe between play sessions. The second image is the gang after feeding getting ready to run and play.
