Number 7

Number 7.

Yesterday I posted a Black and White image of “The Remuda”, the group of horses from which a wrangler chooses their mount. Today was crowd favorite, not because they wanted it chosen for the competition necessarily, but instead because it was so full of energy. As the other horses stood and watched, #7 sprang into the air, ran, jumped, bucked and just generally entertained the crowd. It was “that” horse. Oddly though, 3 of the 4 competitors for the Road to the Horse said this was their second choice if their first choice had not been available. I look forward to the event next year as I did learn so much this year.
