Mirror, Mirror…

Mirror, Mirror…

One morning while photographing at Scipio Creek I noticed the Laughing Gulls dipping down to grab food bits off of the water’s surface. I wanted to capture the nice sequence of images of the reflection and water drops it left behind. Once I did a few, I noticed I had captured the bird at the point of contact a few times. It almost made it appear the bird was standing in a shallow puddle. I really loved how the warm light lit up the reflection in the images as well.
