Last Minute Shopping

Last Minute Shopping.
Trying to get into the mind of an Eagle is interesting to say the least. The Berry Eagles offer so many opportunities to watch and study such a magnificent bird. When the birds are preparing the nest for the egg laying, they are particularly fun to watch. They will land and study branches in the area for just the “right” branch. Usually the male goes and gets one, places it where he thinks it looks good, then the female moves it to where it will be…hmmmm….

  1. I’ve watched the eagle cam in Iowa, but never knew the process of setting up house. Fascinating.

  2. I love how you caught her body expression of checking out the branch.
