Cooper’s Hawk

Yesterday while I was out at Berry College, a Cooper’s Hawk was high in a tree above us preening. We noticed it had flown down to, and was sitting on, the fence at the end of the parking lot. We all went over and did a few images, then he flew into a few of the hardwood trees hoping to surprise his next meal. I had a few seconds of opportunity to snap a few of him nicely framed and vignetted by the leaves of the tree.
