Antelope Flats

Antelope Flats 061516a copy

Antelope Flats.

This year the flowers were far less in numbers than in years past, but still incredible. We found very little Lupine in the usual spots as well. I still love the composition of placing a cluster of flowers in the foreground with my ultra-wide angle lens jammed down close to them to focus the viewer’s attention on them while placing the mountains in my upper frame. It worked out really nicely that during the wait, the sun peaked out and touched both the mountains and the flowers. I truly love the Tetons!
