Chasing Rainbows

Chasing Rainbows.

I haven’t been able to post for the past 2 days because we have been super busy scouting and traveling for our workshop in the Tetons this week and for future workshops in new locations. We spent a quick day and a half in Arches and Canyonlands since my teaching partner Cecil had never been and we were so close. The travel day ended on Saturday with an incredible double rainbow over Balanced Rock! As the rainbow appeared, I thought at first it was going to disappear without gaining the intensity needed. Then all of a sudden not only did it achieve the intensity needed, the second rainbow above it appeared! What a treat! Today after much driving we will arrive in Jackson for our workshop starting tomorrow and our meeting with participants tonight.

  1. Wow! Mother Nature wanted to give you a show haha. On another note, I recently rented the Tamron 15-30. I loved that lens. Bit heavy but it came in handy when we toured the Biltmore Estate and is now on my list of lenses I want to acquire in the future.
