Red Bird, White Snow

Northern Cardinal in Snow 020916a copy

Red bird, white snow.

The weather forecast were all over the place for yesterday. If you added together the worst and the best case scenarios, that would have done it. It snowed overnight and we had about an inch. I cleared the driveway and a section of the street. Well, then the follow up storm hit. We got about another 3 inches. It is beautiful and made for some great images but now I have to clear the driveway and street again. The driveway is about 300 feet long and I clear about 300 feet of street, up hill…

The Northern Cardinals reappeared in the yard. I have seen at least one male and two females. I am glad to see the again. They add some nice color for images!
