A Follow Up on the Spot Shot

A Follow Up on the Spot Shot.
This was part of a series of images I shot using the Mix Camerawerx Spot Shot vs. the viewfinder. It was fairly low light and I wasn’t sure if I would get anything so I decided it would be a great opportunity to try and shoot from the wing as they say. I had opened up the exposure compensation to +1 knowing my eye would be farther away from the viewfinder and also zoomed to 600mm to see how it would fair. Dad Eagle had just snapped a branch off of a tree to take it to the nest and was doing a flyby.
Tamron SP 150-600mm Di VC USD lens on a Nikon D-7200, Aperture Priority, f8, +1 exposure compensation, ISO 3200, resulting in a shutter speed of 1/1000th of a second, Sirui P204s monopod and L10 head, Peak Design Leash, Lowepro 500AW photo backpack, Mix Camerawerx Spot Shot, processed in Lightroom CC.
