    I love your blog. I love the way you give the camera data for the shot, your thoughts and equipment used. I have a question. I use mainly a Nikon D800 but I am still in the cold mind set that higher ISO will affect medium to large prints. What is your experience and thoughts.

      Thanks Mark! I started giving the data years ago mainly because if I didn’t I would get a bunch of emails asking what it was! It should only be used as a guideline for similar situations as the light and conditions could be greatly different when someone else is shooting at the same location.
      I have found with the D-800, which has a Sony sensor, are very good at high ISO and low noise. Making a large print up to 20×30 is more than acceptable and with a little noise reduction the photographer can go larger.
