Barnyard Macro

Barnyard Macro

I am posting a little later than normal today. I was out taking advantage of some rain and cooler temps by shooting a river and a waterfall. I had hoped to add a scenic from on top of Brasstown Bald but it was too socked in to see anything. I will post some of the images starting tomorrow.

For today another of the macro images I shot the other day while Evelyn was feeding the horses at Angels on Horseback. Something about the cool feel of the metal and bright blue of the net really attracted me. The contrast of the barn wood behind it was the icing on the cake.

Tamron SP 90mm f2.8 Di VC USD 1:1 Macro lens on a Nikon D7200, Aperture Priority, f4, -0 stops of exposure compensation, ISO 400, resulting in a shutter speed of 1/125th of a second, handheld using the VC feature of the lens, Peak Design Slide, Lowepro photo backpack, processed in Lightroom CC.
