Diamonds in the Sky.

There was no better way to describe the way the ice in the trees appeared except “diamonds”. It was an incredible day to be stuck! Last night with the windchill we hit -11 degrees. The temperature without the windchill…0 degrees. I definitely had socks on my feet!

Tamron 16-300mm Di-II VC PZD Macro lens on a Canon 70D, Aperture Priority, f16, -.7 stops of exposure compensation, ISO 100, resulting in a shutter speed of 1/100th of a second, handheld utilizing the VC feature of the lens, processed in Lightroom 5.
